Comprehensive Heart Health Package
StoreGene offers the most comprehensive cardiovascular genetics package on the market today, bridging the gap between genetics and cardiovascular care, and offering clinicians a powerful tool to provide personalised treatment for their patients. This package represents a significant advancement in cardiovascular medicine, giving patients the knowledge and support they need to take charge of their heart health.
This package contains 5 tests:
- Familial hypercholesterolaemia (FH) panel that identifies rare variants linked to FH; an inherited genetic condition that causes very high levels of “bad” cholesterol (LDL-C) in the blood.
- Polygenic risk score for FH that assesses cholesterol-related genetic risk across many variants.
- Meta-genomic risk scores (metaGRS) assessment which looks at 1.7 million variants in your genome to determine your 10-year likelihood of developing cardiovascular disease.
- Lipoprotein(a) (Lp(a)) polygenic risk score that evaluates inherited risk from elevated Lp(a), a major but often hidden contributor to heart disease.
- Pharmacogenomics (PGx) test that assesses how you metabolise key heart medication, including statins, warfarin and clopidogrel, to guide safer, more effective treatment.
What we’ve found so far in StoreGene’s patient population:
